crickerx Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the crickerx website and any associated services, products, or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform. crickerx reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

This Agreement applies to all interactions with the Platform including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, use of gaming products, participation in promotions, and any communications with the crickerx customer support team.

To be eligible to register and use the crickerx Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gaming platform, including crickerx.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by crickerx for any reason.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, contractor, or close family member of any employee of crickerx or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

crickerx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform will result in account suspension until such verification is completed. Where an account is found to have been operated by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned to the payment source used at the time of deposit, subject to applicable anti-money laundering procedures.

Geographic Restrictions

While crickerx primarily serves players in Bangladesh, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location. crickerx makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legally available in locations outside Bangladesh. Use of VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of this Agreement.

To access betting markets, casino games, and payment services on crickerx, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, crickerx reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending a full review. The Platform may use technical means including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

crickerx applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during your use of the Platform, we may require you to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment method used for deposits is registered in your name.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. crickerx will not share your KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. crickerx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact crickerx support immediately at support@crickerx.

All financial transactions on the crickerx Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your account within seconds.
• crickerx does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to two business days.
• crickerx reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully completed prior to processing.

crickerx reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, delay processing, or request further documentation where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity or where required to comply with applicable law. The Platform will not be liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or regulatory requirements outside its control.

crickerx offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and other calendar events relevant to Bangladeshi players.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, which are published on the Promotions page and constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
• Bonuses are available to verified account holders only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-related funds.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• crickerx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the player must complete the wagering requirement specified in the promotion. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using irregular betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in matched betting with bonus funds — is strictly prohibited. crickerx reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

All games available on the crickerx Platform — including casino slots, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface, as well as the general fair play principles set out in this section.

Random Number Generators

All crickerx casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied and independently audited by the game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. crickerx does not modify RNG outputs or game payback percentages. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is as set by the game provider and is accessible within the game information panel.

Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement.
• crickerx reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. In the event of a telecommunications or system failure during an in-play event, bets accepted prior to the failure will stand; bets for which acceptance cannot be confirmed will be void.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on crickerx's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding record. If you wish to dispute the outcome of a game or bet, you must contact support@crickerx within 72 hours of the disputed event. crickerx will investigate the dispute and respond within five (5) business days. The Platform's decision on disputes is final subject to the governing law provisions set out in Section 10.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crickerx Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-format games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of crickerx.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void and will be reversed.
• Abusing bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts or using third-party payment methods to circumvent the one-bonus-per-player rule.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at crickerx staff or other players.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or carry out any denial-of-service attack against the Platform's infrastructure.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge, or acting as an agent for a third party.

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your crickerx account at any time by contacting our support team at support@crickerx. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses have been met. If bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding at the time of closure, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

crickerx supports responsible gaming and offers self-exclusion as a tool for players who feel they need to take a break from gaming. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, marketing communications will be ceased, and re-registration attempts will be blocked. To request self-exclusion, contact support@crickerx or use the self-exclusion option in your account settings.

Suspension by crickerx

crickerx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of any provision of this Agreement is detected or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct is identified.
• KYC documentation is not provided within the required timeframe.
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order from a competent authority.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy applies — see below).

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. crickerx will notify you by email or SMS prior to applying dormancy charges. A monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Accounts with a zero balance following the deduction of inactivity fees will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting customer support and completing any required re-verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crickerx, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information due to technical failure.
• Interrupted or delayed access to the Platform due to maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond crickerx's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or government action).
• Errors in game software supplied by third-party providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

crickerx provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Platform does not warrant that games or services will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by crickerx's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments

crickerx reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to give maximum effect to the original intent of the parties.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and crickerx with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of law applicable to online gaming and electronic commerce. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the player's place of residence in Bangladesh. crickerx is committed to fair, transparent dispute resolution and will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints informally before any formal legal process is initiated.
